Pediatric & young adult weight management (up to 26 years)

Remote, part-time role | $90 per 60-minute group session

About the Role

EndoMD Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to help launch and lead a virtual group nutrition and behavior-change program for patients ages 12–26 receiving GLP-1 therapy or other clinician-directed weight-management care. You will begin by facilitating 2–4 group sessions per month, each with 6–10 patients, using motivational interviewing to support practical goal setting and sustainable behavior change.

As the program grows, there may be an opportunity to add individual nutrition counseling for patients who would benefit from dedicated support. Any expansion of the role would be mutually agreed upon in advance.

Why This Role Is Different

Who We're Looking For

You are an RD/RDN who has worked with adolescents or young adults in weight management and understands what makes a program clinically meaningful — not merely a checkbox. You are comfortable engaging groups, adapting your approach across developmental stages, and treating nutrition counseling as a clinical discipline. If you want meaningful work on a flexible schedule within a pediatric endocrinology practice, we would like to hear from you.

About EndoMD Health

EndoMD Health is a physician-led pediatric endocrinology practice serving children and young adults ages 0–26. Within our developing weight-management program, physician-led care is paired with nutrition and behavior support from the beginning.
